I had the chance to be a student of Mr. Bauuman. He alone is a very inspiring man, but this book of his will make you stop and take a look at your life. It made me realize that there is a lot of things I can do to make myself better. The stories in the book are very intriguing. I'm not a very big reader of books but here I am writing a review of one, so it must have moved me enough to write about it. Trust me you'll enjoy it!

Decide Success is an inspirational book from a driven and motivational man. I have had the privilege of being one of Mr. Baumann's students and got to witness some of these stories first hand. His passion for helping others and wanting them to be just as, if not, even more successful than himself literally jumps off the pages. I enjoy that the book allows you to chart your perception of yourself by strengths, weaknesses, etc. It makes it easy to reflect upon and I also believe it will be interesting to open up years down the road after success has been achieved. Not only is this book inspiring and motivating, it also consists of humor and articulate structure. It is well written and you really get to experience the author's personality. John Baumann is not a man that wants you to feel pity on him in regards to his aliment, he merely wants to instill that speed bumps in the road might slow us down, but should never stop us. Read Decide Success; you won't regret it!

Decide Success - You Ain’t Dead Yet, written by John M. Baumnnn, is a must-read
for anyone looking to become successful in their personal life or their career. In fact,
it is a must-read period. This book will help you identify what is important to you.
It will make you successful in setting, and reaching your goals. Mr. Baumann provides
you with the steps to successfully do this. He also provides personal stories of successes
in his life. These stories help to illustrate how he became a success as a student, a lawyer,
a professor, a public speaker, and most importantly, a father.

Mr. Baumann’s refusal to let Parkinson’s Disease hold him back is inspiring. His reaction to
being diagnosed is very similar to my own. PD may win a couple battles, but it won’t win the
war. I’m not giving up and from what I can tell, neither is John Baumann. In this book, John
states that he comes from a family of fighters and relates the very touching and inspiring
story of his daughter with Cerebral Palsy, who fought for her life at birth and who became a
cheerleader, then made her school’s basketball team.

If there is one word that I would use to describe what Mr. Baumann wants us to do, it would be
“commit.” Commit to reading this book, commit to its guidelines, commit to its 12 action steps,
and you will commit to a better, happier life. You will, in fact, commit to success!

While reading this book I found myself amused with some of the stories the author told. Though it had funny moments it was still inspiring, as the situations and the troubles faced gave way to a final point. Baumann's diagnosis with Parkinson's has lead to many inspiring stories in this book. You can see that some of your problems in life can be worse, and that some struggles can be overcome. It takes effort and bit of realizing what you have overcome to see you can overcome what you face now and in the future. Captivating book to read, I recommend it to anyone.
