One DOA, but INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!
I will admit, I was unsure of the purchase when I did not hear back from a first email. However, I was a bit more patient and waited for them to contact me. I will say that this was the most incredible RMA service I ever had from Accessory Power. I am awaiting my new battery and will review it when it arrives, but I have no doubt this will be worked out.

Lasted for one day, doesn't hold a charge
I bought this battery after reading reviews of other batteries that said that the battery last a short period of time and did not hold a charge. Sadly, this battery also had the same problem. I charged it fully, and it seemed to work well the first day. A few days ago, I unplug my power cord and the laptop clicks off. When I checked the battery life, it's at 3% charged...

I bought this battery after reading reviews of other batteries that said that the battery last a short period of time and did not hold a charge. Sadly, this battery also had the same problem. I charged it fully, and it seemed to work well the first day. A few days ago, I unplug my power cord and the laptop clicks off. When I checked the battery life, it's at 3% charged and it doesn't change.At this point, I'm thinking that I should just wait until netbooks drop to $100 and spend my money on one of those instead of wasting time with my old inspiron 8200 laptop. |
