5.0 out of 5 stars wonder full great love it
This is a healer. Ba! best ever-I go through about a jar in 2-3 month-depands on the weather. This is a clear hard jelly (kind of like beeswax) that you can massage in anywhere. It doesn't contain ANY chemicals or fragrences only natural oils, and the best part is they use the nice smeling oils like almond oil, organic tea tree oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil-ok I just...

2.0 out of 5 stars Wasn't happy.
Wasn't impressed. Didn't do much at all and remained very oily. It never really soaked in. I ended up throwing the tub away.

This is a healer. Ba! best ever-I go through about a jar in 2-3 month-depands on the weather. This is a clear hard jelly (kind of like beeswax) that you can massage in anywhere. It doesn't contain ANY chemicals or fragrences only natural oils, and the best part is they use the nice smeling oils like almond oil, organic tea tree oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil-ok I just listed all the ingredients hehe :)-IT SMELLS SO GOOD!!! It's good for the warm months-especially summer when one gets a cut from playing all around-:P-and because its oily its perfect for the cold-and I never have chapped skin. In the morning when I wake up I'll rub some on my eyes and it awakens me. During the day I apply some to my lips and after washing hands. In the evening after shower it's perfect when the skin gets dry from the water.
And honestly I have to add that this is the only product my husband will let me put on his face. Even when he gets a cut he will use it so the scar completly dissapears.
I highly recommend it!

5.0 out of 5 stars I would recommend this product for women, January 11, 2009
I like this Tea Tree Oil on my hands, feet, cuticles and dry spots around my body like elbows, knees, dry spots on face. I like it as a natural product without chemicals. I live in Colorado where the climate is very dry so the skin needs all the help it can get. This skin ointment does feel/stay oily for at least an hour so I put it on just before bed. Otherwise it does get whatever you touch oily. The next-day results are soft, supple skin without dryness. You do have to keep applying it repeatedly while living in such a dry climate. I also find it helpful for aging skin which tends to become dry.

This stuff helps make Athlete's foot a thing of the past, along with any other issue you might have regarding infection. My baby girl has no problems with diaper rash either.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Natural Antiseptic., September 22, 2007
I love this salve. Natural alternative to Neosporin. Soothing and safe for households with small children. Great for skin rashes of all types, especially diaper, thrush (yeast) and heat rashes.

Amazing on my dry and itchy skin. A good substitute for keeping my excema at bay when it is not too severe. :)

5.0 out of 5 stars A great acne/moisturizer/irritation relief combination, March 23, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: DESERT ESSENCE Tea Tree Oil Ointment 1 OZ (Health and Beauty)
This provides my back relief from the dry and cold Midwestern winters while keeping my (back) acne at bay. And when I do get the occasional pimple, this helps heal and dry it better and quicker than any other spot cream I've encountered, with minimal to no scarring! This has led me to start using it on my face acne as well. So far, it has not reacted with my highly sensitive skin (I'm sensitive to most hypoallergenic or sensitive skin products).

I have not had as much luck in using it on its own as a moisturizer substitute, but it does lessen irritation caused by excessive dryness and helps when used in combination with other moisturizers.

Tea Tree Oil is a great way to get your skin healthy. Nature's cure!

I am a long time acne haver. Tea Tree Oil has made a huge difference in my skin where other over the counter products seem to be too harsh and unnatural.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great For Aftershave Lotion!, July 23, 2010
This review is from: DESERT ESSENCE Tea Tree Oil Ointment 1 OZ (Health and Beauty)
My husband has tried every lotion under the sun to try to prevent the little irritation pimples he gets after shaving and this is the only product that has ever worked. A great all-around anti-irritation ointment. Very pleased with it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Poison Ivy Cure!, May 27, 2011
This review is from: DESERT ESSENCE Tea Tree Oil Ointment 1 OZ (Health and Beauty)
I get poison ivy pretty badly, and when I use this ointment, I can clear it up sooner than with anything else. Stops the itch and clears up the rash. It works for bug bites as well, and has a nice clean smell.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good, June 12, 2010

This seems to be a good kind of stuff to apply to your skin...it feels like any other kind of ointment but it will last long on your skin and you dont need to put so much on..because i put a few spots on and when i rub it in...it stays smooth and you can feel it on your skin and it'll be on there for a long time..so if you expect to wear any kind of clothes, your clothes will kinda cling to your skin ...but it'll go away eventually ..so just remember..not so much
