Laugh, cry, enjoy
The variety of enjoyment is wonderful. Get this book. It is great for someone who does not have a lot of reading time. You can read one story and then come back later and read more.

This book is just "fair"
A compilation of short stories. Several had endings that were unsatisfactory--kind of "left me hanging". Some stories were real "duds". Some were very simplistic. A few were fairly good.

I first perused this book a few years back and recently re-discovered it and decided to read it again. I enjoyed it as much as the first time. What a delightful mix of fictional short stories. This book is ideal for lounge-chair vacations, long waits in waiting rooms, and for riding in the car (as long as you're a passenger, not the driver) What a rare find.
