This is a good comprehensive kit. It has all the sizes you're likely to need. However, since they are only Bi-metal bits they are a bit slow, especially in old wood. The no-tool bit removal works well and the the larger bits are easy to empty. You'll have a tougher time to empty the smaller bits. I would recommend this kit if you plan to occationally drill holes. I would not recommend it for daily use.

The new release design that hole saws are using now justifies buying all new ones. Just make sure your drill is large enough to handle it. 5/8" works best. I wish I was able to buy it 15 years ago.

Good price for a bi-metal hole saw set and good selection of sizes. Bought one as a gift for my brother to use for small jobs around his house. Nice case to keep everything together and the built in handle was a nice touch.

Bi-metal are good for metal but terrible for most anything else. With bi-metal the high speed steel is the same and so it makes no sense to get anything other than the cheapest you can find. I have burned out expensive bi-metal hole saws after a single hole in MDF and after only 4 holes in Hardi siding so I have learned from experience to use bi-metal on metal and TCT tungsten carbide tooth hole cutters on everything else. The TCT cut much faster, work great with cordless drills, and last a lot longer.

super product and great price. good people to deal with and fast service. it is a good way to keep all the hole saws in one place and to find them.

This is a great kit, and the price on Amazon was the best. Really rounded out some missing components in my toolkit.

I have several doors to replace and thought this is just the kit I need. I just recieved it, so I can't say much for now except the packaging is great. I like having things in one spot when you need them. As soon as I have completed my doors, I will add to this review and see it is the 5 star that I think it is.
