Handy little worklight for tight spaces.....,

I picked up a 4pc 28 volt kit that included this light a while back, I'd never given the light much thought at the time as I have a number of work lights already but have recently found it to be very handy when working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and low attics. It provides more than enough light where you need it and the 28volt pack provides the run time you need for most jobs. To address the previous reviewer comments about it being an expensive light, I would not have considered the purchase of this light if I had not already owned 28 volt tools, I would suggest sticking with the 100 dollar pelican offerings instead; but as an addition to an existing set this unit is well worth the price in my opinion. Lamp replacements are readily available as well so all in all a good little unit and yes I would purchase the light again, two more on the way actually.

Not so Dewalt,

The light does not fit well with the battery. The light seems to be made with cheaper plastic. I have to really push hard to make the battery click into the light fixture.

This DEWALT item was totally disappointing and useless to me. Unlike other DEWALT 18v tools this light requires a different style battery and is not interchangeble with exiting tools.
