My team was issued a set of these tools to go to a certain mountainous country in southern Asia, and we abused the hell out of them. I highly recommend them as they are extremely durable and reliable. The only drawbacks are common to all tools that use rechargeable batteries, that being short battery life in extreme temperatures.

I am very happy with the tool package. The only draw back to this is the case. It is to large to fit in any truck tool box, so I basically toss it and get individual tool bags for each tool.
I have to put in a special kudos for the cordless jig saw. This is one handy tool. Very powerful, very accurate, well balanced. This is my third package cordless set from dewalt in 6 years. Not to bad for daily construction use.

I love this tool kit. Everything works well and has held up to some pretty rough DIY'er use. I have used these tools over 6 years and they are still going strong.

I bought this combo kit about 3 years ago and haven't had any problems. I would definitely recommend it, or a variation of it with different tools.
My one complaint is the case they come in. Once you've taken everything out, you most likely won't be able to get everything back in and latch the lid without a lot of effort.
