I bought one of these drills over a year ago to put up a wood fence. It is strong enough to shoot screws on a stockade fence. Very tough housing and the two way level is great.

I needed more power than my cordless drill could give, so I upgraded to this awesome Dewalt. For the price of this Dewalt, you get way more features in comparison to the cheaper $40 drills. The keyless chuck makes for easy changing of the drill bits. 2500 rpm is probably all you will need for most jobs around the house. The drill has a 2 levels built into the back upper handle, one viewable form the top and one from the rear. The Dewalt also has one of the easiest and most comfortable toggle switches. I highly recommend shelling out the extra bucks for this one, as it will certainly last a lifetime. Not to mention how stylin you will be walking around with a bright yellow drill.

I have had my DeWalt drill for about 4 months and I just love it. The thing gets used hard and it never even gets hot. Cordless drills are a bit more convenient, but after you feel the power of this drill, the minor inconvenience of finding an extension cord is soon forgotten.
