I was using an average set of bits do drill through steel, and was getting nowhere fast.
Ordered this set, and got the project done in a couple minutes. Not sure why these bits are gold because the gold finish wears off on the first use where the drill makes contact. My other complaint is the way the bits mount in the case. The black part doesn't tilt, and the bit has to be pushed into place in 2 different ways. Otherwise it's a nice case. Great set of bits!

My husband loved this set of drill bits, the case makes it easy to locate each bit, and won't be lost in the toolbox.
