These are strong bits. The points are not easily destroyed. A pack of 25 will last a homeowner a lifetime, and a contractor a pretty good while at that. (Provided you don't lose them like I do)

I'm a home owner and have a few tool sets they sell in those handy plastic cases that open up and have all types of drill bits, tips, hole saws, etc. But they never seem to give enough of these, and the ones that come with those sets are cheap. I bought a small dewalt set of bits and this bit tips were great, so I bought these. It's great to have so many of them, they'll probably last me my lifetime, and if not, they're so cheap I'd buy em again in a heartbeat.

Great screw bits from Dewalt, they last for quite a long time without replacing them. This is my second container in about 5 years.
