Good bit - make sure you read description
I own the set of bits and collars that are pictured. First new bit got hot too many times and snapped after a few hours of countersinking maple butcher block. I can see that people might be misled by the photos here - this is one #8 replacement bit only - no collar, not a set of bits.

Product Photo Misleading
I received the item and was shocked that not only was it only one bit, there was NO COUNTERSINK. Of course after reading the title I guess it is partially my fault, but I still feel duped. Why use a photo for an item that not what you are selling. The item is ONE-SIXTH of what is depicted! Very Misleading!

They need to associate a new picture with this item. It is only for one drill bit, without the countersink. Other than that it arrived quickly and works as expected.
