I bought a pack of these to go with a new Dewalt hacksaw frame. They fit and work well, are easy to spot when dropped (thanks to the bright yellow paint job), and are reasonably priced. This model has fewer teeth per inch for a cut that is a bit rougher, but quicker, than higher teeth per inch versions.

I have been in construction for 34 years and I use a hacksaw nearly every day. My company supplies us with a brand name blade mentioned in another review. I got tired of the poor quality of these blades and I have been buying my own Dewalt blades for several years now. The Dewalt blades are of the best quality and outlast the others two to one. They are not flimsy or poorly made as another review mentions. A hacksaw blade is only as good as the hacksaw frame it is attached too. The two work together. If you have a cheap poorly made hacksaw frame, I don't care if you buy the best most expensive blade made it will not cut right. I highly recommend this blade.

There is a difference between a good blade and cheap ones, and these work very well. I can't comment on all of them, since I'm still using the 1st one out of the box (which is a testament to their longevity). The blade is still cutting pipe, straight and square.

Use these blades with your Dewalt hack saw, and you probably have the best blade/saw combination available. These blades are durable, long lasting, and cut through just about anything. They make quick work of steel, iron, aluminum and any other metal you are trying to cut. I use my Sawzall for fast cuts through steel, but when you need a super clean cut, use these blades in your hack saw.

I ordered these blades in conjunction with the DEWALT High Tension Hack Saw Frame. These quality blades were all easily stored for quick access in the designated slot on the saw frame. ~ The Boss

a little flimsy compared to nicholson or lenox blades. they have a tendency to twist even in my high tension hacksaw frame. would only recommend on the lightest of materials or perhaps pvc.

They are very strong and efficient. For me they represent an excellent buy.
