Good sanding discs but a little awkward,

My main complaint is that the discs come somewhat warped so they are challenging to fit onto the grinder the first time. Once I flattened them out, they worked great.

This sanding disc is the best I have found. I like the small 4 1/2" diameter. For a backer I use a cloth polishing wheel (It's flexible)
I lock the disc onto the sander with a large washer (and nut) and prefer the one hole in the center of the disc rather than the hole with slots in four directions. That arrangement breaks loose sooner. Again, many thanks to amazon.com for being there. I save valuable time not needing to drag myself through the home improvement stores looking for something I usually never quite find anyway. |
