DEWALT Rolling Table Saw Stand

Sturdy, Lightweight Aluminum Construction
Although it's built for easy portability, the Rolling Saw Stand does not compromise on performance. Thanks to its aluminum construction, this table saw stand is both strong and lightweight. At just 33 pounds, the stand is easy to transport to and from jobsites, which allows you to take advantage of having a versatile, stable saw setup--no matter where your job takes you. It can handle loads up to 200 pounds.

Convenient Design That's Stable Yet Portable
The stand's wide base and rear offset legs are designed to provide stability and support for feed control. In between jobs, quick-release levers allow the legs to be folded for more convenient storage, and a heavy-duty kickstand allows the unit to stand upright with the saw still attached for improved mobility and more convenient storage.

For added convenience when loading and unloading, special quick-connect stand brackets attach to your saw to make detaching the saw from the stand incredibly easy.

Ergonomic Details Keep You Comfortable
Being compact and lightweight isn't all that makes this stand easy to transport. Its large, heavy-duty wheels are built to roll over steps, curbs, and jobsite debris. Plus a retractable soft-grip handle slides out when it's transport time, allowing you to pull the saw behind you comfortably. This keeps the tool's weight centered near the ground and reduces strain on your arms and back.

Similarly smart details improve your user experience when the table's in use too. Rubber feet keep the stand from sliding on smooth surfaces and preventing damage to your work pieces or the floor where you are set up. Moreover, the stand positions the cutting table at a height that is ideal when working on a wide variety of table saw applications, further reducing unnecessary strain on your body and helping you work longer.

This DEWALT Rolling Table Saw Stand is backed by a one-year limited warranty.

After much research I finally bought the Dewalt Table Saw stand. I had read the reviews but more than that I have owned the Dewalt Miter Saw stand since it hit the market (still the best stand currently being sold). This stand looked very much like the same technology but better! It is highly compact. It is made out of all high quality materials. The stand is a design masterpiece. I mounted a Makita 8" table saw with a Rousseau Porta Max Jr. extension table on it. We had to add some runners to the bottom of the saw to match up with the mounting rails for the stand. That was it. We mounted everything up and gave the saw the big test. We ripped full sheets of 3/4" treated plywood with the saw with no problem. I would have never attempted this with the stand the saw came with. I used to use my foot to try and keep the saw from tipping over when we tried the big rip. The saw and new stand didn't budge. I even tried to knock the saw over but that would be very hard to do. Thanks to the splayed legs in the back of the stand. This is what gives the stand such great stability. As far as portability you can either disengage the saw from the stand by simply squeezing two hand grips or you can fold up the stand and store it flat against the wall (with the saw attached). There is a pull out handle that aids in wheeling the saw around as well as a rail system that holds the saw upright when folded closed. The miter saw stand has these spring loaded balls that snapped into holes to lock the legs either opened or closed. Sometimes we had to spray those spring loaded balls with WD-40 to make them operate freely. They have done away with that problem by having nice release handles to compress the little metal balls for locking the legs. One person can easily fold and unfold the saw and move it from place to place.Read more ›

I bought the Saw Stand in December of '08. I didn't really like the assembly instructions but got it together okay. The stand is used for my Dewalt 10" table saw just as it was intended. It was a good match and I am totally satisfied with both the saw and the stand. All of the comments that I have read have been positive and reviewers have given it five stars. I concur and give it five stars as well. It goes from storage to setup with ease and I can move it around with ease. The balance of the saw and stand together is phenomenal. The handle for pushing and pulling the stand around on the wheels is just the right size and tucks out of the way when you don't need it. I can move the whole package up and down the step (into and out of the shop) with ease. I have never felt out of control when moving the saw around. (I use a couple of small bungee cords to keep the blade cover in place while moving the stand around.) I am now considering selling my Craftsman Table Saw and Radial Arm saw - that should add a lot of room to my shop.

Would I buy another one? For sure. Was it worth the money? I think so.

It's about time some body came up with a truly "portable" table saw stand. This stand is so portable, it takes the back breaking task, (for one person), to load/unload a so called portable table saw in and out of a pickup or van by themself!!! I have to admit, I'm not much of a Dewalt fan, but my hat is certainly off to whom ever got this setup right. Talk about knockin one out of the park! I'm a full time carpenter, 7 days a week, who loads and unloads tools out of pickups and or cargo trailers every day, and this stand just made my life so much better. I can only hope that all you people doing this kind of work, will take a good hard look at this stand. You'll thank yourself for getting one. I can't think of one bad thing to say about this stand other than, what took you so long?! p.s. this technology would rock if used to redesign the DW723 miter saw stand!

I'm in need of a miter saw stand/cart so I can bring my saw up and down the basement stairs and not throw out my back any more. I already own Dewalts Miter Stand but it does not have wheels. Most of the stands advertized for miter saws are $200 plus and they have small wheels. I searched to see if Dewalt's table saws stand/cart would work for my 12" sliding miter saw. An Interent search turned up nothing. One Amazon reviewer said Nope it won't work and never said why. Dewalt's reply was it was not UL approved for the miter saw. At the Woodworking show here last week in Taylor Michigan the Dewalt reps just said that is a technical issue and we don't deal with that. Well I took a chance and ordered the stand/cart. It came in 3 days. I opened the box to find a very well built stand. The brackets that clip on to the stand were too big for my Miter saws footprint but a couple of pieces of 2 x 6 would fix that. The legs snapped out with no effort at all. Then came the surprise....it only stands 26" tall. Why didn't some ever mention that. Hmmm I could cut on my knees or hire someone 3 ft tall to do my cutting. Wait I can still make this work I'll just put milk crates under the stands feet. Well then came another problem...the bracket that holds the cart vertical during storage was right in the way of any wood that needs to be cut. This gets bolted on so it would make it a pain to take on and off. So sadly I must give in to defeat and return the stand/cart. Yes I'm out the return shipping cost but now my curiosity has been put to rest. Now if I can only convince Dewalt to add wheels to my Dewalt miter stand I'll be happy
