These bulbs are very bright and project a long distance. They last a long time, too. I use a DeWalt work light almost every day and I wouldn't even consider using the cheap chinese bulbs. These are worth the extra money.

I bought these bulbs to replace the one that burnt out in my Craftsman 14.4 volt rechargeable flashlight. I've been looking everywhere for this type of bulb. The guy at the Sears store sold me a bulb that looks like this one, but it shined a really wide beam. The beam from this bulb is much more defined and narrow. It shines very nice over long distances. Don't get me wrong this isn't a spot light bulb, but the beam does travel nicely.

I had broken the two bulbs that came with my Craftsman rechargeable 14.4 V lamp. These bulbs seem to throw an even brighter, whiter light. They seem a good choice.

For some reason this particular bulb is hard to find. We shopped locally to no avail & I finaly went looking on the web & after going thru many websites only to find "matches" that were not correct for the 14.4 volt I ended up on Amazon where I should have looked in the first place. Thanks - did the job & was fast.

I bought the bulb to have a spare on hand and haven't needed to put it to use so far. I assume the quality is consistent with that of the flashlight itself, which is great! The DEWALT rechargable flashlight is one of the best tool investments I've ever made; use it almost daily.

For the fool who suggested a LED flashlight instead... Yeah that works well on construction sites, really lights things up. Sheesh.

These work fine, easy to buy them here, but you are buying them because you have to not because you want to - you already have the flashlight - so who cares? They only seem to break when the light is dropped, and not even then most of the time.

If you didn't know, there is a place for a spare bulb inside the head of the flashlight, so a 2 pack is the perfect size.

Many of you must have noticed that various manufacturers of power tools are "giving away" flashlights with cordless drills, etc. Well, this is how they make money, by charging $4-5 for ONE flashlight bulb! What a ripoff. In my experience, these light bulbs are cheaply manufactured and blows out in matter of weeks, not years.

I recommend that you search for "4-LED Flashlight" on Amazon.com and, for a bit more money, buy one of these LED models for which you NEVER have to replace the bulbs.
