I originally tried these pills a month before I bought them on Amazon. I bought them at Walgreens, on sale, for $30 for one bottle. After I realized how well it curbed my appetite, I was hooked. These pills are amazing. I can remember saying to myself, "OMG, I should eat, I haven't eaten all day!!"
When I would begin to eat, these supplements made it easier for me to put my fork down. I actually started eating partial portions and throwing away food, despite my conditioning to finish everything on the plate. Because of this, I've been able to monitor my eating habits much more closely.
I started taking 6 per day, now I'm down to taking 3 per day, which I take right before I leave work for the evening.
My only complaint about these pills is that they leave your mouth dry, and keeping up with the recommended dosage can add up, price wise.

This product works if I take 2 tablets one hour before every meal. It has cut down on my snacking - I just don't have that terrible craving
in between meals that I had before.

This stuff is a miracle! My appetite is usually out of control and this stuff just stops it dead! I've lost 4 lbs. in one week without feeling hungry or exercising.

i'm sure people writing reviews for this are dumb and are not using them correctly or helping their own bodies out. but this works really well.
i've been taking them for 5 days and already lost 5 pounds.
they really make you not hungry and food just looks unappetizing. but you do need to eat or you will feel a little weak. just take care of your body properly, exercise, and use these pills. i've probably been taking 4 a day.

This product does what it says it will do. I suspect that poor reviews come from people with unreasonable expectations.

The pill won't take weight off- it will help you eat less so than you will lose weight. That's an important distinction. Take it as directed, and pay attention to how you feel when you're eating. (Don't eat the whole sandwich at lunch just because you always do.) Within a week (two days for me) you'll notice that you're satisfied with less. It doesn't mean you can skip meals, or starve yourself comfortably - it's not a food substitute. And if you take it before a bag of chips, that won't work either. So it's not a magic bullet!

I like it because it seems so natural. No fake water loss, no jitters, no measuring out special foods. You just eat less of what you like. I didn't change anything about my diet - I still ate pizza and a burger now and then - whatever. But two slices instead of four, and half a burger was PLENTY.

As much as I like this product, I actually prefer the "red box" from the same company - but it's very hard to find.

Pulleaze read the reviews on this product BEFORE you buy it. I'm usually a stickler about reviewing items before I buy them, but this ONE time, I was in a hurry, read the label - which SEEMED pretty positive (But what else are they gonna do? Degrade their product right on the box? Duh!!), and I bought it from a local drug store.

I can't take Dexatrim, or anything like that, as it gives me the jitters and shakes.. I just wanted an appetite suppressant, as I've started a pretty intense workout routine (Barry's Boot Camp - looove it!) and I knew the workout would make me hungry, making it hard to stick to my diet. I pop these things two at a time, three times a day (you're not suppose to take more than 6), and ALL I can ever think about is when I get to eat next. They're worthless!! And I've noticed that I get a little dizzy and have a hard time concentrating when I take them. I read some reviews, and one test revealed that NO HOODIA COULD BE FOUND IN THE PRODUCT

I guess they work for about 30 to 40% of the people that buy them, but I am obviously not in that percentage. Buy with caution. It is more likely that they won't work. It's also highly likely that this product doesn't even contain Hoodia!

I feel this product is helpful in controlling appetite. It's not magic and doesn't give you high energy or anything like that. But... it does take the edge off of my hunger in order for me to have better control of my cravings. It was enough to get me started on the right track. My stomach automatically has gotten smaller because of eating less and now I don't use it. To get started on weight control I recommend this product, but just don't expect miracles and be highly intune with your body. Look, I can't say I've lost tons of weight because of this, but I'm a night eater and this has really helped me avoid scarfing up food and then going to bed. That's huge for me.

I first tried this when I purchased it at a local Walgreens. I was surprised by how well it worked in suppressing my appetite. And when I did get hungry, I definitely felt fuller alot sooner than I usually would without the pill. I started using it two weeks before a vacation (about 4 pills a day) and lost 10 lbs! I am so happy with the product. It helps me get my appetite under control, especially unnecessary snacking and over-eating at meals. When it's in stock again, I will definitely purchase again.

so i tried this with an open mind and thought it would work. i didnt feel any appetite supression at all. also, this makes you have terrible diharrea. i was in the bathroom for 2 days straight and decided that it wasnt worth it.
