Eye-Opening, Diet Changing, July 15, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: DHA, A Good Fat: Essential for Life (Paperback)
The author surprised me, up front, with news about cooking oils we've been lead to believe via commercials are 'better' for us. What a scandal to find out how callous the food manufacturers have been in consciously designing products that make profits for them and wind up killing us. Then we find out that fish oil supplements may not be safe because of pollution affecting fish diets. After getting our attention, the author makes a number of strong cases for us to take DHA supplements and thereby cure many diseases modern living has caused. Overall, an eye-opening book that makes a strong case our health can be improved by proper intake of properly proportioned fats.

I first learned about DHA from an article in a magazine, so I bought this book. It was so helpful, I learned a lot. I think the author should be noticed for telling people about this great supplement and how it can help people.
