These hot mitts are very pretty. I like seeing them in my kitchen. I've used them for cookie sheets and other baking pans and they were fine for use on them. Last night I used them on a broiler pan and they were definitely NOT thick enough for that. I will still use them for everything else, but will haul out the old heavy duty mitts for the broiler pans from now on.
