The dishtowels are a very nice size and seem to hold their size and color well after washing. They are not very absorbant.

These towels are very attractive and a generous size. I really like them. They are best for drying hands and laying out dishes on the counter to dry. They are NOT so good for hand drying dishes or cleaning up spilled liquid; they just don't seem to absorb the moisture quickly enough. They wash very nicely.

They are nice looking but do not absorb liquid at all. What a waste. Why produce a dishtowel that does not absorb liquid?

These are good quality towels at a great price. I like the woven colors in the fabric. Alot prettier than they look online.

I didn't buy these dish towels because reviewers said that they didn't absorb water. I ordered different ones that got wet and stayed wet, went back & ordered these and they are the best looking dishtowels I ever had, they do dry dished, glasses, etc. and they dry quickly. These are my ideal in a dishtowel.

Usually, reading reviews on Amazon has helped me a lot in making wise purchases but this time I had to ignore what I read to get what I wanted.

These towels shrink in the first two washes, and the sides kind of shrivel up a bit, making it so that they never fold flat again. I only washed them on warm, not hot, too. As others have said, they're also not very absorbent.

I bought this set over a year ago, so perhaps the manufacturer has fixed this issue...

My issue with this set was that the color ran horribly. I washed all of them together before the first use and they all became discolored -- the green came out gray, the others were more muddy. I now use them as buffers between pans and casserole dishes because I sure wouldn't want them out on my counter.

Previously, I had bought 6 green ones They wash well and there is no color loss that I can tell. They were extremely absorbent right from the start. All are still in use after more than two(?) years. Logged on to Amazon to see if I could get more (to have in reserve) and ran across this mult-color set. Thought I'd log a review.
