The colors are OK but the fabric of these towels repels water instead of absorbing it. They are also coarse and uncomfortable when wiping your hands. Perhaps after they are washed several times more they will improve. I would not recommend this fabric for use as towels or dish cloths.

I've just begun to use these towels so I don't know how long they'll last. However, so far, they appear to be attractive towels that are reasonably thick and "sturdy." Considering how many I received for the money I paid, they seem like a good value.
