Product Description

Style Name: Scrubber | Color: Olive

Microfiber scrubbing cloths have nonabrasive nylon scrubbing stripes that clean on one side and polish on the other. Microfiber makes a superior cleaning cloth and allows you to clean without using harsh chemical cleaners. These cloths are machine washable and long-lasting, creating less waste over time than using paper towels or thin rags. DII microfiber scrubber dishcloths are perfect for cleaning, washing, and drying. Microfiber is a lint-free, non-abrasive, and hypoallergenic product that allows you to clean without the use of harsh chemicals.

From the Manufacturer

Kitchen Millennium Microfiber by DII

Microfiber is densely constructed polyester and polyamide (nylon) fibers that are approximately 1/16th the thickness of a human hair. When woven together, these fibers create a net-like surface area, covered with millions of spaces to trap moisture, dirt and debris. The micro-fibers are able to get into tiny nooks and crevices whereas the traditional cotton cloth and mop fibers cannot. The nylon component of the fiber also produces a static charge that attracts dirt, pulling it in and trapping it until the cloth or pad is washed.

Why Should I Use Microfiber?

Microfiber is a lint-free, non-abrasive, and hypoallergenic product that allows you to clean without the use of harsh chemicals. Unlike traditional cotton and paper wiping products or cotton mops that tend to push or smear dirt and grime, microfiber actually gets underneath the dirt and germs, lifting them from the surface and trapping them until the cloth or mop is laundered. Microfiber is very absorbent and can hold up to seven times its weight in moisture. Microfiber dust cloths are safe on all surfaces. Microfiber can also be used with a diluted disinfectant. If you choose to use chemicals, you can use less by diluting the chemical with water.

How Do I Get the Most Out of My Microfiber?

Microfiber cleaning towels work best when used slightly damp. For optimum results, mist the microfiber towel with tap water and wipe; no chemicals are needed. If the towel leaves streaks while cleaning, it is too damp or too dirty and needs to be washed. Microfiber is safe on all surfaces. For polishing and dusting, microfiber towels are best when used dry.

Customer Questions & Answers

Customer Reviews

The color is beautiful, and they are very soft and absorbent.
Kentucky book lover
They have bled all over my other towels, even though I washed them several times by themselves in cold water and white vinegar.
L. Littler
Though really great for cleaning off counters + drying dishes as they do dry very fast and absorbe so well.

My wife purchased these and is writing the review. She hoped these would be similar to her old DII MICROFIBER towels, purchased at Amazon last year and no longer available. Those previously-purchased DII towels, as well as some recently-purchased DII plain cotton towels carried a "DII For The Home" label. This set of towels being reviewed has a cheaply-printed "no-brand" label on the towel and nowhere does the packaging say "DII Home Essentials" (as they are advertised) or indicate any relationship to the popular DII line/company. Instead they are made by "Kitchen Millenium" and, when washed, each edge rolls toward the body of the towel and also shrinks up and down the whole length of that border. So, once washed, they are unsightly and a nightmare to use because you cannot flatten them out (remember your old rag-bag items). I wish I had read the other "1" review because I agree completely. (The DII microfiber towels I bought at Amazon last year lie flat out of the dryer every time.) Very disappointing. Oh, and they are not 16" x 24" but, brand new out of the package, 15.5 x 23.25" This is the second Amazon purchase in the last 2 months that has been advertised as a name-branded item and arrived as a substitution with a non-branded knock-off item.

This is my third order for DII towels. The previous two orders are amazing! The clothes are prefect for cleaning computer screens, iPhone, iPad, desktops, spills - better than anything I've come across, including the original pads from Apple for my devices. Truly, a marvel of materials science.

This product is not the same! The edging is flimsy and the material is much thinner. After washing the towels just shrivel up! Also, the label does not say DII. Is this a knockoff? Did DII subcontract to an inferior manufacturer? I used to keep a DII towel in my computer bag. But, this order looks like rags, brand new.

Oh well.

These towels are very nice quality. They absorb a lot and dry out quickly. They have been washed several times and I haven't noticed any running although I do seperate colors. In the dryer, some items want to stick to them, but overall, I really like these towels.

I use these for hand and dish towels in the kitchen. The color is beautiful, and they are very soft and absorbent. Just what I wanted.

I bought these in red and it was a huge mistake. As soon as they got wet the color bled everywhere. I am still bleaching things that were turned pink from them. It was still not safe to wash them with other items even after multiple washes, so I ended up just throwing them out.

...with no hems, only narrow serged edges that roll up after washing. I didn't measure these when new, but after only one washing, in cold water & low-heat drying, they measure only 22"x14". These are too thin and too small to serve as dish-drying towels. For wiping up counters in kitchen & bathroom, and as general cleaning rags, these will probably be okay for most people. I agree with reviewer CP that these are not good hand towels -- they really do "feel awful on your hands."

I ordered the DII Microfiber kitchen Cloths with the Kitchen towels. They were described as being 12"x12" in size. Not only were they the wrong size, they were 6"x6", but nowhere on any label did it say DII like the kitchen towels. The DII towels were thicker and as advertised.

I have washed these towels several times. They still bleed red dye when I wet them and wring out by hand. They have bled all over my other towels, even though I washed them several times by themselves in cold water and white vinegar. More trouble than they are worth.
