I was pleased to receive a DISC Technical Supplement with the profile (I was able to download at no charge from their website). IML has the most recent validation and reliability study on the market which was conducted by Texas State University and Dr. Price. There are other DISC products on the market but this one by far is the easiest to use and the most reliable.The DISC Personality System - Enhance Communication and Relationships

I used this DISC system for a self-discovery training at work. It's a very useful version, because it provides several different assessments, and a wealth of information on all of them, even cross-assessments (people that might border or fit into more than one category). The assessment itself is a little quirky with the graph, but once people caught on, the results were enlightening.

The information itself is fantastic. However, what I was looking for was a test with a way to figure out your personality style. Yes, there is a test, but the instructions for how to determine your personality style did not make sense in any way. I was unable to use it for a class I was teaching on learning your personality style, so my opinion is that I totally wasted my time in researching this product as well as my money.
