I've been using this for about a year. It works great for stains and what not, but obviously if you want a million dollar smile you need vaneers. I personally don't like the idea of sticking stuff onto my teeth, so this is more than adequate to get rid of my smoke and coffee stains. The trick is don't put gobs in there. If you put too much in it will burn your gums. Just a drop in each tooth mold! This product requires a custom fit mold for your teeth... the cost upfront is steep, but the results are good and cheap to maintain. Hope this helps.
