This DISH Network receiver works perfectly. We ordered the model 301 to replace our old receiver and received the 311 which is the next generation.

Amazon Verified Purchase
The remote and the receiver could not communicate. Waste of my return shipping cost.
If this is in fact a 301rcvr, they are currently/eventually being replaced on all dish accounts. In a small amount of time it will not function as all 301rcvrs are to be put to rest. Be sure it is at least a 311rcvr before buying.

obsolete
This receiver is obsolete, it does not work even with an updated smart card that DISH will send you. You will need at least a model 311 to view programming.

Awful!!!
I never received my money from this vendor. I now have a claim to get my money back.
