Here is a book that really turns out the goods. There is no excuse for an empty wall now and the ideas are easily tranlatable into new directions. I recommend this for everyone from the wannabe artist, impecunious student, to a contemporary decorator. Keep coming with new editions whoever you are that wrote this!!!!

Excellent art ideas that you really CAN do yourself. The author gives enough detail, but still allows room for creativity. Great for those of us who like a more contemporary piece of art....but not one that EVERY store carries. Almost all of the ideas were ones I wanted to try...not like a lot of "how to" books where you may end up half liking only one or two examples in the book. It's an art class in a book.
