This entire cd is filled with a great collection of some of the best high energy, fast paced dance music around. It's perfect to listen to when you are working out, running outdoors or doing whatever cardio workout you like to do. I bought my first copy when it was initially released and I have literally worn it out from overuse and plan to buy 2 more! There is not another cd that is this good for workout---it is truly awesome!! And yes, it is EVEN better than JOCK JAMS!
