I am happy with this product. You create your own ringtone from any MP3 you have then the wizard uploads it to their website. Using your phone's browser, enter the URL and the key code to download the ringtone to your phone. I think you can use a USB cable to directly connect it to your phone but I havent tried it. I have a MOTORZAR and Cingular.

I love this software. It is so easy to use and i dont have to ever worry about the $3 or so cost of ringtones on Cingular's site or other sites that ripped me off of $9.99 for 4 months! With this software, I can create what ever ringtone i want from any music file on my computer or CD, if i blow the dust off of them.
As the reviewer said below, I too have assigned a different ringtone for my different friends and when another friend hears one, they call me and want to hear the ringtone that i put on my phone to identify when they call. It is really fun and it is super easy to make the ringtone and it is delivered directly to your phone.
This is a very simple but cleaver software and if you like to personalize your phone with a simple thing like a ringtone, buy this and you will enjoy it.

I was sick of paying for new ringtones but a friend recommended this to me. Now I can make multiple ringtones and never worry about the carrier rip off of $2.49 per ringtone. (The thing paid for itself in 1 hour!) The cool feature to post on my weblog the ringtones I create lets me show my friends the ringtones I assign to them. One thing I would like to see is the ability to make short clips for my alerts.

I have owned this program for almost a year now & love it. It is very simple & user friendly, not to be overlooked is the prompt, friendly & helpful people in customer service.

Just think about all the money that you'll save when you figure that normally 1 ringtone can cost as little as $3 per song! This will take your favorite music CD & turn it into your favorite ringtone. You can save your ringtone onto you computer or have the link sent directly to you cell ~ Plus, it pays for itself after only about 5 ringtones & you get FREE software upgrades!

After trying a couple other ringtone software programs, I will admit that DJ ToneXpress is far superior because it actually works. It is very easy to use and I am able to send the ringtones directly to my phone or friends' phones quickly. My only complaint is that when the software converts the song file into a ringtone, it ruins the sound quality of music clip. When creating the ringtone on the software, it sounds great, but once you download it, it sounds like the song was recorded with a microphone over a speaker phone. And, if the ringtone is too loud, it creates a static noise. Overall, I'm still happy with the product, but the ringtones definitely do not sound like the original music files.

All I have to say about this item is that it is simply amazing! I have purchased other ringtone creators in the past and was quite disappointed for the fact that I was paying for something that didn't work. When I purchased DJ ToneXpress I was kind of uneasy. I was instantly impressed when I installed it on my computer. Within minutes I was making ringtones and sending them straight to my cell phone! On the first day I used it, the product paid for itself, I have made a ringtone for almost every person in my address book and I couldnt be happier with the results! I give this product nothing but five stars and recommend it to anyone that is looking for something that will pay for itself within a short amount of time!

WOW! Ok, so the sound isn't perfect quality, but this product does something that Technical Support, and my Verizon store couldnt do. They both told me it couldn't be done: Make Ringtones for my phone from my computer. No, they wanted me to buy ringtones from them (@ $3/each). After scouring the internet to find some way to do this, and not finding anything. Then trying several free ware products that didn't work and were awful to figure out. This product did it! It works for my Samsung phone (u540) from Verizon. Granted I do have to pay for the Pix Flix download (text message) but it works. Although the test ring took almost 12 hours to get to my phone, it made it and I decided to take the chance and buy this in hopes of making my phone something I could live with. The standard tones on my phone are awful and I refuse to keep paying verizon more money.

The sound quality is not the greatest (hope they find a way to improve that) but it works, I took a song from my computer and with the EASY program, made part of it into a ring tone! If you want a program that is easy to use (even for the non-technical person) this is it.

This is a great little application to play with. I was never the biggest fan of ringtones at the price Verizon charges for them. But this lets me make dozens. Quite honestly it is worth ten times as much since I was able to assign a custom Fat Bottom Girls ringtone to my sister in law and American Idiot to my mother in law - Nothing makes me happier or my wife madder than when those 2 tones play!! Thanks

This is not the fanciest ringtone software out there but compared to others that have more bells and whistles I get no error messages, it works quickly and is easy to set up. Some of the others have more creative graphics but I wouldn't pay more for them. The best feature is the zoom and tuning to 1/100th of a second. Rating - 3.5/5 for functionality; 5/5 for price; overall 4/5.
