My husband LOVES it and so do I!,

This review is from: The Heavenly Stroller (Baby Product)
I bought this stroller at the American Baby Faire back in May. My husband is 6'1" and I'm 5'5". He hated the umbrella stroller we had because it was so uncomfortable for him to push at his height. Even at my height, my back would hurt.
THIS STROLLER IS GREAT! It is so easy for us to adjust the handle whenever we switch off on pushing the stroller (which is something he is more willing to do now). When I first saw it, I was concerned that the vertical bars were going to be too long and interfere with closing and/or putting it in my trunk. They don't. It goes in my car just as easy as our old one. In fact, I kind of like the vertical bars being there because that is where I hang my purse now. When I saw the stroller is now on Amazon, I had to stop and write a review because it is truly the best stroller purchase we could have ever made.

I bought the Heavenly Stroller for a 6'0" friend and her 5 year old daughter for a trip to Disneyland and we were all delighted. My friend commented that it was the FIRST time she was able to walk upright and with full length strides while using a light weight stroller. We both found the stroller incredibly easy to push and her daughter found it comfortable enough to nap in. It handled beautifully, was easy to adjust to the perfect heights for both of us (I imagine that anyone of any height would love this stroller), and the distinctive handle shape made it simple to find amongst the dozens of strollers outside of rides. When we were done with the stroller, it folded up easily and compactly. The seller was incredibly helpful, answering questions quickly and shipping the stroller to our hotel so that it was waiting when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better stroller or a better experience.

This stroller is a really good deal, and it is AWESOME for tall people, but it could use a couple of small improvements.
PROS: 1. The handles are great for tall people and easy to switch for partners of different heights. 2. Super basic and narrow design. It easily glides through aisles in stores and is super compact when folded. 3. The price! CONS: 1. There is really no storage, which is fine because it keeps the stroller lightweight and basic. However, if you add a velcro cup holder or organizer to the back handles, it flips over if the kid is not in it, even with just a set of keys and a coffee travel mug. There should be some sort of weight to the front wheels- although that would make the stroller heavier. 2. This is a good stroller for kids up to maybe 2 or 2 1/2 years of age. My just barely 3 year old nephew is a skinny kid, and he hardly squeezes in. It is a narrow stroller with a great compact design, it's just better for smaller kids. 3. No shoulder straps/harness. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and my back is singing with joy.

We are tall parents--my husband is 6'7" and I am 5'8" and all the umbrella strollers I tried were horrible. I had to slouch to push them and my husband couldn't push them at all. This one solved the issue. It is very basic, just has a little pocket, but it does the job on short outings. It fits well in my trunk and is very lightweight. Best of all, my husband gets to push the stroller without bending over.

Awesome. Finally I can use an umbrella stroller with comfort (I'm 5'10") and my husband can use an umbrella stroller for the first time (He's 6'4").

I LOVE this stroller. I live in NY and have a Maclaren Quest and Volo as well. This is the BEST for lightweight - I'd even recommend it over the Volo b/c of great price and ease of use. But MAJOR drawback (which the Volo also has) is that it doesn't work for naps. This has a 3 point harness, which is fine when he's awake (he's 2 years old, btw), but when he fell asleep, he flopped over, the poor little guy. Propped him back up. Same thing. Impossible. Had to wheel the stroller on a tilt for TWO hours - virtually impossible on Manhattan sidewalks.
For me, it's imperative at this age for my son to be able to take comfortable naps, but I'm keeping this amazing stroller for quick trips and for when he's past nap age. It's SO light and easy! And the height adjustment is AMAZING! I was fed up with slouching (I'm 5'9") - that was my main incentive for giving it a try and I'm glad I did.

This is an excellent stroller for tall people. It's also surprisingly durable for the price. My husband (who is 6'1") walks our son home from daycare everyday in this stroller, and its still in good shape. My only complaint is that it could really use a shade/canopy of some sort.

If you're looking for an affordable, no-frills umbrella stroller with adjustable-height handles, this is it. Very lightweight, easy to collapse and expand. Handles just fine, no better or worse than any other umbrella stroller with swiveling front wheels (which I prefer). The front wheels can be fixed for those who don't want swivel wheels. The 3-point harness is adequate, but my 2-year-old loves to be in the stroller and he does not try to dive-bomb out of it. It is a little narrow, so bigger kids may be squeezed. I bought a small stroller organizer with 2 cupholders and a little key/cellphone tray to hang between the handles and it is all I need on a quick trip. Diaper bag/purse hangs nicely from the handles (with the kid in the stroller to balance the weight), so I don't miss an underseat basket. There is a small mesh pouch hanging from the seat back that will hold your keys, cell, and possibly a small-to-medium sized wallet if you don't need/want cupholders. It's so hard to find an umbrella-type stroller with adjustable-height handles, and even harder to find one with fewer than 3 digits in the price tag. This is a great stroller!

I love the height adjustment, I hated my previous umbrella stroller so I never used it, but I can push this one comfortably.
The only cons are - does not have 5 point harness and it does not have a sun shade. |
