Half size too small!, November 12, 2009
I would characterize the Mahdi Skimmer as a dress shoe built on an athletic shoe platform. They are cute as can be, with the fabric twist and slight sparkle and would be perfect to wear with jeans or slacks. Unfortunately the toe is a bit too rounded for me, and my big toe rubbed badly. The materials would not allow for any break in. I was about ready to pack them to send them back to Amazon, but had a friend try them. She normally wears a 7.5 and the 8 fit her perfectly.
