Its a good cover. I was glad by how lightweight it is. A few things I would hgave liked to know before buying it:
1) it doesn't cover the screen. One of the main reasons I bought it was to keep the screen from getting scratched.
2) It kind of blocks the buttons. If you have small fingers it's not a problem, but my thumb is too big to tap them. Have to use the index finger instead.

I really like the look and feel of this rubber cover. I can now bang my iPod around as much as I like. Several other people (with less sturdy and/or less good-looking covers) have been approaching me to ask me where I got this from. It's really good. However, this glove does not work with the docking station, and since taking off the glove is not an easy task (that thing fits so well) I rather don't use the docking station anymore, which is a pity since I really liked it.

This is a must have for the new 3G iPods. It does not detract from the look of the iPod that much at all and protects the item you can't live without. It is very lightweight. Best part, the iPod no longer slides around in the car, on the desk, etc. Open top works well with the iTrip FM transmitter. Easy to put on and take off unlike some of the other silicone/rubber covers (speck products ipod skin for example...read reviews on that one and this product becomes the clear winner). Do yourself a favor and spend the 20 bucks to protect your investment. It is money well spent. It would have received 5 stars if it also protected the screen and the holes over the buttons were a bit larger. Minor complaints for great protection from a great product.

Originally i bought the best case i could find. It was leather, it had a belt clip, and a screen cover. After having it for about a month, i realized how useless it was, since it did exactly the opposite of what a case is suppose to do. The small translucant cover began to rub against the screen in my pocket and left it brutally scratched. As for the belt loop, if your a high school student like me, do you really think its a good idea to leve your 300 dollar iPod out on your belt??? no. There is only 2 small annoyances with this case

1. its made of a coarse rubber and is at times hard to coax into your pocket

2. the 4 top buttons are somewhat hindered by the thickness of the cover, but its not a huge problem, you just have to poke as opposed to tap

believe me, this case may be the cheapest, but in no way reflects its quality, pick one up today!

It is nice. Protects my pod well. It also keeps the pod from slipping off the table. Only bad is that the raised cut holes for the < << || >> > make it difficult for the common functions.

This is an amazing case for protecting the very scratchable backside of the 3rd generation of ipods. The only complaint i have about this case is that it does not cover the screen (but it's still a great buy!).

I bought this case for my 15GB iPod becasue it was getting scratched and had alot of fingerprints on the back of it. It worked very well in protecting the iPod. It did just what I wanted it to do. But, it had problems. #1) The holes for the buttons where very small, but not a big deal. #2) Once you put the case on, the iPod WILL NOT FIT on the dock. HUGE PROBLEM for me! Also, the case was extremely hard to get off the iPod. Very good case, but BOTTOM LINE, if you use an iPod dock, this is not the case for you!

This is a great case. The only problem is that the holes for the buttons are a little too small if you have big fingers, but once you get used to it, it is a great product.
