A great case for my iPhone 4 which looks great and is functional. It keeps the iPhone very secure without being too tight. It will fit snug at first until the leather breaks in, but it remains a solid fit without being too difficult to remove the phone. It looks professional with dress clothes and fits with jeans too. Easy to keep headphones attached while in the case. Solid velcro closure and belt clip. Never worry about my phone being damaged.

On my third DLO HipCase case, the first one broke the belt clip in 6 months the second one broke in 5 months at the side and I almost lost my iphone 3GS also the belt clip on it was going fast so at best it would have also lasted 6 months. Why do I keep buying this case? Well the phone fits in great, and it does NOT have a metal magnetic latch like almost every other case of this type. A magnet near a 3GS will wreck the internal compass and will sometimes even wreck the electronics in a regular 3G, just check Apples website where they warn against using magneticly closed cases.

So I want a horizontal case without a magnetic latch and one that won't spin around and have a loose fit so my phone drops out. So after looking at all the others this is the only thing left, and it's not too durable but it looks good and works for 5 months, so for right now I am just sticking with it till something better hopefuly comes out and if you do the same remeber ditch the case at the first sign of wear, the belt clip starting to get loose is a good indicator that it's time to ditch it. BTW the company offers no warranty, DLO is to smart to warrant a shodly made product like this.

I very much like the style of the piece, and the way it fits on my hip. All very nice. However, because i-phones are touch screen, this thing seems to have a problem with pressing too hard on the center of the phone. I end up either calling my wife (good thing I'm a good husband and am always where I should be) or calling random people and dialing random numbers even once they answer. Can't call it pocket calling, but...


Otherwise, I actually really like this. Quality material and stylish.

I bought this case and liked it very much at first. It worked very well for my needs. However 3 months after purchase, the belt clip pulled out of the case and the case became totally useless. Looks like it was just glued in and doesn't hold up. When I contacted the manufacturer, their comment was (and I quote), "DLO cases carry no warranty, I'm afraid you would need to purchase another case if this one has become damaged." This from Greg W at Philips Customer Care. I would say don't waste your money on this. There are other options out there.
