Just received this sign. It is very nice and good quality, and the item description lists a 12x12 size, but it actually measures 18x12 - much larger than expected or desired.

The item never came, we contacted owner, he said will refund $10 shipping fee and will ship again on the 16th of July, but nothing came, we called him and left message, he never return the call.
