This is a great dolls house for my 6 year old, she just loves it! So does her 4 year old brother! Works great with Barbie dolls.
I too got it for $99.00. I am shocked at Amazon's prices this year, every toy I searched for was so over priced, so I went to my local stores instead!

I just bought this dollhouse at Toys R Us today for $99....Don't buy it here for $230...I can't believe Amazon is trying to get so much money for this.....

At the time of this writing, there are two photos for the dollhouse, one Amazon provided and one I uploaded. The first, which is very pink with the palm tree on the right and a girl standing next to the house, I believe is for an older version of the dollhouse. The second photo, with the palm tree on the left, is what you'll get if you buy the 2009 version. If the color scheme matters to you, be sure to look at the difference before ordering.
Edit: This has been fixed and the photos now correctly represent this dollhouse. I've talked to several people recently who bought this for their kids for Christmas and it sounds like it was a big hit.

My daughter pick this doll house for her 6 birthday. She has played with it nonstop for 2 weeks. The house is time consuming to put together but it is worth it - to see my girl so happy!

This is a wonderful dollhouse. The elevator is cool as are the bright colors. The furniture is okay. Putting it together was a little challenging because the diagrams are backwards.

I too, picked this up much cheaper at our local Toys-R-Us. This well made dollhouse takes about an hour or more to assemble, but is made with quality parts. Our 5 year old LOVES this dollhouse, and even has her 'Littlest Pets' intermingling with her Barbies on all floors! If you have a little girl in your life, this is one present she will never forget!

I just purchased this dollhouse yesterday @ Toys 'R Us for my daughter... We are waiting until Christmas to open it, but I only paid $84.99 for it!!! I can't believe that the price for this has jumped from $239.99 about 4 days ago to $399.99 for it now!! That's totally ridiculous, and it will be cheaper at the physical store!!
