Don't let the title fool you...there is some good information in here, but if you buy the book thinking you don't have to monitor your calorie intake (even recommends you use a eating diary to track your food), and start moving more to expend stored body fat, you will be wasting your money. When he says you don't have to exercise, but recommends you increase your walking to 10,000 steps per day AND when he says you can lose weight while watching tv...IF you'll pull out that old treadmill, or stationary bike, or purchase a rebounder (a tiny trampoline) and jump up and down on it WHILE watching...as a certified personal trainer, I'd pretty much have to call those things exercise. As I said in the beginning, there's some good sound info in there, but don't think you will be able to lose weight without moving more and monitoring your food intake.
