The book is divided into chapters, each covering a different area of the program, such as installation, file management and memory problems. It begins with the "top tech errors" which are the most frequently asked tech-support questions, followed by other related questions and answers. Each question and answer is approximately one to one and a half pages long.

I have this book and use it constantly and now I want to get a copy to send to my daughter-in-law who is now getting into computers. It is the best book beyond, DOS for dummies.
