Cheaper to buy this than rent one, but read this regarding the chuck,

This tool drills through concrete faster than my cordless drill puts holes through pine. It's a good quality, low priced import. I'm a homeowner who needed to drill a bunch of mounting holes through concrete, and had no problems using this drill with SDS drill bits. SDS is a snap-in chuck system with grooves and slots so that the drill or chisel bits can not slip.
However, watch out for the auxiliary chuck. This has an SDS shank to attach it to the drill, so you can use smaller round or hex shank drill bits. The problem is, this drill is too powerful for use with small, round profile drill bits. These can slip no matter how tightly you clamp them down. Also, some round shank masonry bits have a half-circle profile on the back end. If this gets caught in the reverse-thread phillips head screw that connects the shank to the chuck, and the bit slips, it will unscrew the screw and the chuck will split. I'm speaking from experience...I went out and bought an SDS drill bit to finish the job. Summary: drills through concrete like soft wood, but use SDS bits!

The product arrived pretty much instantly. However this is an extrememly badly constructed offshore item. Upon trying to use it for even light duty it did not do the job. The clutch spun and the drill stopped over and over again (with the hammer drill which came with the item). This was old cheezy concrete that should have been drilled into like a hot poker going into butter. Shortly therafter the drill fell apart -- plastic pieces broke off the handle and the screws came out. I couldn't even get through one small job using it. I would not recommend it for even light duty by a homeowner.

tough as nails,

This is a replacement for the first one of these I bought...three years, over 200 hours of hammering and a few drilling, and one thirty foot, expansive wine cave later. I could tell the last one was dieing and had absolutely no room to complain, and immediately ordered a new one. I was surprised a $100 power tool lasted as long as it did. Totally satisfied.
