Directions

The product seems to work well. However, the spray nozzle does not work. The one that came with the original product stopped working within a week. I contacted the company, and while they would not replace the product, they did send me replacement nozzles. But, to no avail. All of them, like the original, failed within a week. I tried reinserting the nozzle, then cleaning and reinserting it, but nothing seems to fix it. It is pretty clear to me that the company needs to rearchitect this delivery system. I would like to reorder the product. But, I don't think I will do so until I know that they have fixed this issue. The product is really no good if you cannot apply it as directed.

I have used this product for over 3 months along with the shampoo and cream rinse.I have noticed a few new hairs ;less than 10 ,that have come up in the bald areas. It may continue to encourage more growth from what I 've heard,so I will give it another 3 mos to see. The sprayer on every bottle I have owned routinely cloggs up and has to be cleaned in hot water in order for it to work.

I have been using the spray for just over 4 weeks. I do feel like less hair is falling out but it's too soon to determine if it is helping my hair grow back.
The only downfall, so far, is that it tends to make your hair really hard where you spray it. And since you are supposed to put it on after you style your hair - sometimes it gives you a "I used too much gel or hair spray" look.
