DSi DS Lite Microphone Headset

I purchased these headphones for my nephew for xmas. Out of the package, the wire was not connected to one of the headphones. At first we didn't notice and we struggled to get them to uncurl and stay on his ears. One of the headphones didn't sit flat at all, and just sort of stuck out at a 90 degree angle from his ear.

We were completely disappointed in this and will not purchase from the brand again without really researching all reviews and comments.

Purchased this product for use with a DSi. The plug does not fit in the DSi, only fits in a DS lite. Not what it says on the description.

the sole reviewer almost persuaded me to avoid this product, but a single bad experience could be explained by several things, none of which may happen to me. sadly the product itself is worse than poor in terms of fit, as the other reviewer tried had to warn me

why take a chance on an unusual looking pair of headphones ? the Nintendo DS plug (as found on these headphones) includes the microphone, and since there appeared to be no pinouts available on the 'net it seemed logical to take a chance either way - if they were of poor quality (ill fitting and unadjustable, as described by the only other reviewer) they might still be useful as a project ... on my webpage there is a page devoted to demonstrating how i merged the cable and microphone with a comfortable wrap-around headphone set i've had for more than a decade

if you aren't planning to modify these headphones i can only encourage you to save your cash and try an alternate product, scarce as they may be
