From the Manufacturer

This mole repellent effectively repels moles from lawns, golf courses, playgrounds and cemeteries. Whole control coats insects and worms (moles primary food sources) traveling through the moles soil territory. When the mole ingests its prey, it ends up with an upset stomach. The stomach disruption causes the mole to flee, conditioning it not to come back to the area in search of food. If trapping and/or killing the critter in question is not your thing, give a repellent a shot. This product is biodegradable, non-toxic, all-natural and ideal for use around people, pets and plants when used as directed. Moles cause exponential damage, creating molehills, ripping up and ultimately killing your lawn. Other mole repellents or removal products focus on the mole itself. Concentrated formula comes in a 32 oz. hose-end sprayer.

I found several articles listing this product as the best defense for armadillos just short of hiring a professional trapper.

I used this product several times in our back yard and the moles just keep on coming.

I disagree with the other reviewers, If you read the directions it will work. I have tried many many products (traps, pellets, worms, etc) none have worked to my liking. Traps will work but with kids and dogs I like to steer clear of them. Not to mention killing the mole and disposing of it.
This is a repellant, its not designed to kill them.

As for the spray itself-

When hooking this up to your hose it lasts quite a while. I have a small city lot 1/4 acre and this lasted 5 applications. I do a couple treatments per year spring and fall.

I also have 2 dogs and this doesn't affect them in anyway which is a huge plus.

For best results I would apply it to a moist lawn, I learned this is a more affective approach and the product will soak into the ground a lot quicker.

This product was strongly recommended by "experts" online. I found several articles listing this product as the best defense for armadillos just short of hiring a professional trapper.

I have an armadillo who is tearing up my St. Augustine lawn. Especially the large patch over the septic tank and drain field. I had the latter replaced and subsequently replaced the sod over the recently excavated area. The sod had barely taken root when this armored terror decided my yard was a buffet. He tore through $1200 in new sod in a mater of days. He then went after the older, established area.

Crushed mothballs kept him at bay for a day or two until the rains washed them away (another Florida problem). The Dr. T product was recommended so I did some research and found articles on both sides claiming positive and negative results. From what I understand; the oil coats the food source and gives the animal the runs making it not want to return to this spot. Its an association thing.

After caking my yard in layers of Castor Oil (of which this product is 100%) the armadillo still finds my property tastier than ever and more so than my neighbors. I have also placed all sorts of products to kill the food source (grubs,etc.). Still, he keeps digging - now he's taken to tearing through the mulch and landscape beds. Its insane.

I cannot recommend this product. I have applied it several times and it is my assessment that the pest does not care if the yard has the product on it or not.

After spending three days spraying this product around my yard and flowerbeds to get rid of armadillos, it did not work. Did not even deter one bit. What a waste of my money.
