Our dog loves this toy. Bought it for the pool but mostly use it in backyard. Dog loves to swing it about and play fetch. Only negative thing about it is that she cannot be left to play unattended with this as she can easily chew through the coating and destroy it in no time. But I got 3 and we are still on number 2 months later.

This toy is one of the better made ones I've come across during my quest for the perfectly indestructible fetch toy. My dog (a lab/boxer that loves to chew) did make a tiny tear in it at the dog beach, but I was able to sew it and it's as good as new. If your dog is not a maniacal chewer like mine, you won't even have to worry about this, since the toy is pretty tough, and it floats even when it has soaked up lots of water. All in all, great fetch toy for the beach or a pool (and you'll probably have other dogs want to play with it too!).
