I was looking for a way to mount my Garmin 1390T GPS to my bike (the holder for my older Garmin does not fit). I found this device on Amazon and was at first a little sceptical because it was so cheap in comparison but looked better than all the other options offered from other vendors, but at this price ...

Turns out it shipped from the UK and it was here very quickly (in a few days, through the Royal Mail). Works perfectly, and is sturdy. Quick and easy mount on the handlebar, and fits just like the holder shipped with the device from Garmin for my car.

This is either a really sweet deal or they are selling it for much less than intended. I am contemplating to get 2 more, one for my other bike, and one as a spare in case I break one by accident :-)

I was impressed with the delivery time and price but you get what you pay for. I only used this twice and the joint between the clamp and the swivel ball started to get loose. I tried to pull it apart and was unable so I left good enough alone. Big mistake. I rode west on the Lincoln Highway and the rough roads did what I was unable to do. The two halves separated and my GPS was dancing around on top of my gas tank. Luckily the cord didn't separate and I was able to grab it before it fell to the ground at speed. I had to buy some plastic epoxy to re-glue it. Buyer beware.

Simple mechanical gadget works on my mountain bike and Nuvi 1100. came with two rubber thingy, I only needed one.
