All I can say for now is that it fits nice, is well made and holds the light securely.
It holds my UltraFire light really tightly, but i haven't tried it on any trails or rough road yet to see if it stays secure.
Took one star off because the rotation adjustment is not tension adjustable and accomplished via interlocking teeth.
