Dolf De Roos is very entertaining and informative and I would recommend this DVD set to anyone who is considering real estate investing. It is well suited to new investors as it helps to open your mind to the benefits of real estate that no other investment can provide. For experienced investors like myself it was gratifying to hear his message and see where I am on the right track and plan for the future. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars are the other 5 DVD's. The first DVD is a recording of a seminar that Dr Roos has evidently given many times and I am sure costs more than the price of this DVD set. The other DVD's are apparently recordings of a weekly show where Dolf answers questions that viewers have written in. I would give DVD One 5 stars, and DVD's 2-6 3 stars due to the fact that they contain good information, but the production quality is less and some information seems dated. Overall thought well worth the price. I highly recommend.

This is a great package for anyone thinking about investing in real estate. Just know, it's not so much practical tips for daily use, it's more an overview of the whole market. It is a great source for ideas and motivation.

I saw this video and thought, GREAT a wealth of knowledge for me to learn from. The first CD was good it had some great information. The rest was poorly made with so much wind in the background that sometimes you cant even hear him. All he talked about for the rest of the videos was emails he received.
