As I Custom Install and sell Video Surveillance Security Systems and Equipment, I have installed many of Speco's DVR-16IP/160. They are easy to install and user friendly to the customer. SPECO's tehnical support is excellent(1-800-645-5516) and their website (www.specotech.com) is very easy to nevigate.
You can download their complete catalog and above all, use their live DEMO for the DVR-16/IP REMOTELY from your computer where you actually control the unit.
