Our office uses two twin Dymo label printers. We have 12 staff hooked up to them so they are used quite heavily. It was amazing how much gunk had built up on the print heads. Works great!

These Dymo label card cleaners do exactly what they are supposed to do. You run the pad through the printer and it cleans the printer heads. My Dymo had stopped printing and a quick search indicated that this is what I needed. The box arrived on time and I immediately pulled out one of the envelopes and started reading the package. The envelope reads "See Quick Starter Card for instructions." But there was no Quick Starter Card to be found!

As it turns out, using the card cleaners is easy. Remove your current roll of labels from the feed and run the card through as though it were a new roll of labels. Simple, done. I did it a couple of times just because it was still damp.

My 9-yr old Dymo LabelWriter 330 is as good as new!

THIS PRODUCT ONLY FIXES THE PROBLEM WHEN USED THEN GOES BACK TO THE LOW INK PROBLEM. I HAD THOUGHT IT WOULD CLEAN FOR GOOD BUT THIS ONLY CLEANS FOR ONE USE....
