Very compact folds into itself with handle.

Lastly, the only hole for the locking pin on the main tube is set TOO low so the arm sits far too low in many situations.

Very good screen and it was made in the USA--can't get better.

Overall, Da-Lite's 40"x40" screen is nice and I recommend the product. Due to the failure to drill a second hole on the main tube with the screen fully extended at its maximum height and the awkward design of the square tube and tripod which limits placement, I'm rating this product a 3 instead of 4. Thankfully, Da-Lite screwed the main tube into the tripod so the tube can be unscrewed and rotated if necessary. Upon rotation and reattachment of the main tube to its tripod, I managed to move the screen within 14.5" of a wall with just one of the legs protruding about another 13" beyond the screen into the room. Lastly, the only hole for the locking pin on the main tube is set TOO low so the arm sits far too low in many situations. The extension tube allows the screen to be raised high enough, but Da-Lite failed to drill a second hole higher on the main tube for the locking pin so the screen could remain fully extended at maximum height. Thankfully when the extension tube is raised to its maximum height, the arm weighs just enough to allow the screen to remain MOSTLY extended without needing to use to locking pin on the main tube. I'll probably drill a second hole further up the main tube myself in due course so I can use the locking pin to ensure the screen stays fully extended. I especially appreciate the Keystone adjustment on Da-Lite's screens. Da-Lite's 40"x40" screen is a very good match for most micro projectors when used within 8'.

This screen is fantastic for home or office use. It is compact enough size that it can be opened in rooms that are not spacious. The quality of the fabric is excellent. I have used this screen for both presentations as well as for watching movies and have found the results to be satisfactory. It does take some amount of fiddling to get used to it when you are setting it up the first time - it comes fully assembled but the tripod legs and screen set up still requires a little bit of experimentation.

Got this for pocket projector and its perfect. It's easy enough to fold up and put in the trunk or back seat of a car to take with you. Or just roll screen up and fold it down to put in the corner when not using. I would recommend it for the pocket projector . If it was just a bit more compact, it would be even better...

I ordered this product on presidents day. I chose the super shipping saving option. Shockingly when I got home the next day it was sitting on my front porch. Originally it said it would take 4-9 business days with the free shipping. This is the easiest screen that I had to set up. I have already used it to show a movie on and it took me 5 minutes max to set up. I am one happy customer.

It wasn't very tall when fully extended. I need a screen at least 6' 6", this one was only about 48".

Easy to set up, not what I'd call a very portable screen, but for a 40x40 size, it's a perfect match for my Qumi Q5 projector.

It's built like a tank, typical of Da-Lite quality. Recommended.

Unless I haven't figured out how to fully extend this unit, it sits too low to be used as a floor unit but will work nicely with it's intended use.
