I am very much enjoying this series by Debbie Macomber. The people of Hard Luck seem to be genuine and loving. A place where community is vital to the well being of all those that live in it. The people show genuine concern for one another and are always willing to lend a helping hand.Mitch has buried such deep hurts withing his heart and is trying his best to not fall in love with the lovely new school teacher. Bethany has her own past haunting her and she is struggling with her new feelings for Mitch and the reason that she has come to Hard luck in the first place. Could love really transpire between two people who are trying to run away from their feelings? |
