This tv is HIGHLY recommended great clear picture, the built in sound is more then enough without the help of external surround sound. The features on this TV are also excellent. I highly recommend this TV for High Definition cability as well Clear as a window!

Recently I was shopping for a HDTV and I was having a hard time finding tvs that were under my $1500 budget. At first I was looking at a 47" toshiba model at bestbuy, but then I saw this tv by daewoo and at $949.99 it was nearly $450 cheaper than the toshiba. I am very happy with the tv, the picture is great when I play my PS2 or DVDs. The normal cable tv is lacking at this point, but I believe that is just because it needs to distort the image to fit the wide screen, and I havent upgraded to an HD box yet. Besides that the picture seems just as clear as the toshiba I was looking at, and it is feature packed. Even if the picture is even a little lacking (which i dont think) it was $450 cheaper so I guess you can take the good with the bad. But I highly recommend this tv if you are loooking to upgrade on a budget.

I got this and then got digital cable with HD. Wow. You'll want to watch this in a darkened room, but the picture and sound are really excellent.

i order this tv in december of 2005 and first of all i can tell this,the tv works excellent and i have no problmes wit it at all. i got the hd cable box and hook up my home theather system by sony which i recommend for enchancing the room which u want to make in to a theather like atmosphere like, the pictures show really well i hooked up my vcr/dvd my sony to the home theather system and plus i got my xbox hooked up to the tv so it is a plus and also u can watch all favorite shows on this hd dvr cable box it rocks ok ppl this is my review u should definely invest ur money on this tv it is a great buy
