Daewoo DSJ-5510CRA 55-Inch Widescreen Projection HDTV-Ready TV

I spent about two weeks looking for a projection TV from other retailers and Target had the best one. I got the TV on 2/3 and the picture is unreal. It is so clear I got it hooked up to my reciever and what a blast! The picture is better then the ones that were more expensive. I am very happy with the Daewoo TV and will stay with this brand name.

I bought this TV Jan 2, 2006 - it took 3 weeks to arrive, worked for 4 days, then died. Daewoo sent a technician over, which took another week. He told me it was a bad motherboard, that it would take a week to order (goodbye superbowl party). A week came and went, and he told me Daewoo didn't have the motherboard in stock and wouldn't give him a time frame for delivery of a replacement. Long story short, I had to fight to return it and to this day 2 months later still haven't been able to - I have a 5-foot paperweight in my living room.

DAEWOO is HORRIBLE. Stay away from these incompetents.

I got the dsj-5510cra about six months ago and I loved it at first, then I realized it didn't have the 15-pin d-sub input (VGA) which really sucked cause that's why I bought it. Then, I had a friend point out that the picture was crooked! After sending the tv off for waranteed "repair" it came back a month later in exactly the same shape. I hope they didn't pay for that repair cause they got nothing. The tv looks good, except for not having a vga input and being slanted...

This tv proves that you don't have to spend alot of money to receive a GREAT picture. Can't be beat for twice the money.
