I purchased the Daewoo VCP200 Portable VCD/MP3/CD Player (player), in July of 2005, the price was good and I had a coupon for an additional $20 off which made it a great price.

After using the player for a couple of days it started to stop playing intermittingly then it would not stop spinning when the lid was opened which made it a safety hazard. I used that player on the AC/DC adapter during the few days that I had it.

I recommend you check all features and use the player as much as possible during the first week after receiving the player.

Amazon.com was great about returning this item. I went to their website and entered the details about the problems at 11:50 PM EST. They authorized the return for the next day and since I wanted the same player, because I wanted the features it has to offer, they put the order in at the same time. UPS was at my door at 10AM the Next morning to pick up the player. I received the replacement player six days later and that includes the weekend. Now that was Great service.

The new player still has problems. The batteries would not hold a charge, but since this player has all the features I want I decided to keep it. I talked to the people at Amazon about the batteries and they told me to contact the manufacturer for replacements. I decided to just purchase another set. It is a good thing I only wanted the player for use in my car since I found that using regular alcaline batteries do not last more than playing a couple CDs

Brought this product couple of week before. Tried to play couple of audio CD's. It plays good but if you move the player little the sound gets interrupted, so its not good for using when workout or sports. It gives you quite lot of futures but player look like not really robust and durable. Its a Inexpensive below average player available in the market.

I had a defective tape adapter when I got it, but Amazon immediately sent me a new one before I even sent in the old one. They work fairly well, but they do skip if you move it around alot. It makes a good little portlable vcd player though. If you mount it to a stationary position (in your car) it works pretty good. With all the functions included and the remote I'd say it's a good deal. Just don't expect to go hiking or jogging with it.

A fine little portable CD player for the money. A little complicated to use, however, sound quality is good.
I have only played CDs with it as I am not familiar with VCDs.
I give Amazon.com 5 stars for offering excellent products and customer service!!!

Great product for the price. I works great, good sound
quality, quality picture is comparable to VHS, since VCD's
preceeded DVD's. Go ahead and get it. It's a good buy.

Keep restart when play VCD, freeze when play MP3.

I would not buy this item again...coz the body of this is too bad n the red color is awful
